Rosemary McCarney
Rosemary McCarney is Canada's Ambassador to the Office of the United Nations in Geneva. She was previously president and CEO of Toronto-based Plan Canada, one of the largest international development agencies in the country, where she spearheaded the Because I Am a Girl movement. She is the author of the internationally best-selling Every Day is Malala Day, Because I Am a Girl: I Can Change the World and the Rosie the Red series. Rosemary lives in Toronto with her family.
